I am descendant of Robert Carson of Fort Coulonge, Mansfield township, Pontiac County, Quebec. Is this near English River Area? Robert married Margaret Frost and one of their children was Thomas Carson born about 1877 at Fort Coulonge, Mansfield township, Pontiac County, Quebec. Thomas married Agnes Flood. They had several children, one of whom is my grandfather Cleve Carson.
